Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line your baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the primary ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned.

Add the remaining core ingredients (Beef tenderloin, Puff pastry, Mushrooms) into the pan. Stir well to combine, turning down the heat slightly to avoid burning.
